Val Smith is a Christian Bible literalist, creationist and promoter of intelligent design
believing the Bible is the inspired word of God as historically proven and that any allegory
or parable in it is stated or implied as such. Therefore, remains from miraculous events in
the narrative can possibly be found. He believes it takes a much greater faith to believe that
universal chaos would result in such a harmonious balance of life and life sustaining conditions
supported from the consistency of an planetary solar system to the uniqueness of each DNA.
Val is a construction controls specialist having worked in the architectural, oil & gas and power
industries. His career is research to determine construction requirements and planning parameters
of measurement to investigate sites for visible progress whether physically or remotely. He has used
this skill-set for contributing to the documentation of Noah's Ark, Sodom & Gomorrah, the Red Sea
Crossing Site, Mount Sinai and the Ark of the Covenant. Over twenty years of evidentiary research
on these subjects has resulted in a very comprehensive list of Bible archaeology books.
After years of following the exploits of Ark hunters efforts on Mount Ararat
Val Smith became acquainted with Biblical archaeologist Ron Wyatt in 1988.
At that time Ron was still discovering archaeological remains associated with
events from the Bible narrative. He later had the opportunity to accompany and assist Ron in presentations on the discoveries.
He continues to research and assist in the effort to present these important
and timely archaeological witnesses of Biblical truth. He produced a documentary video,
"Tour to Noah's Ark"
and is author of "The Throne of God,"
a novel inspired by Biblical prophetic fullfilment and archaeological discoveries.
