Celebrating the 400th Anniversary
of the King James Version Bible

"Heaven and earth shall pass away,
but my words shall not pass away."
(Matthew 24:35)
  • The KJV is the only version the discoveries
    are proven to perfectly align with.

  • The Pillar found at the Red Sea Crossing Site, Nuweiba, Sinai Egypt

    The word pillar used and proven, in plain view today.

    Isaiah 19:19 KJV - In that day shall there be an altar to the LORD in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar at the border thereof to the LORD.
    Verse 19 NIV - In that day there will be an altar to the lord in the heart of Egypt, and a monument to the lord at its border.
    Verse 19 NLT - In that day there will be an altar to the LORD in the heart of Egypt, and there will be a monument to the LORD at its border.
    Verse 19 NAS - In that day there will be an altar to the Lord in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar to the Lord near its border.

    The NIV & NLT version translators unwittingly change specific words of descriptive purpose to generalizations needing to make the ten to twenty thousand changes necessary for copyright.

    The remains of Noah's Ark

    The material and dimensions given for construction of the ark.

    Genesis 6:14,15 KJV - Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch.   And this is the fashion which thou shalt make it of: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits, and the height of it thirty cubits.
    Verse 14 NIV - So make yourself an ark of cypress wood; make rooms in it and coat it with pitch inside and out.
    Verse 15 NLT - Make the boat 450 feet long, 75 feet wide, and 45 feet high.

    The NIV & NLT translators prove themselves interpreters by incorrectly defining "gopher" wood and this cubit.   Evidence from the remains shows gopher wood to indicate laminated wood which supports layered planking being pitched, or glued, resulting in superior strength. The interpretors assumed a modern Hebrew cubit to give modern dimensions. The remains actually measure 515 feet or 300 Royal Egyptian cubits of 20.6". This is supported by Moses training in all the wisdom and knowledge of the Egyptians.

    The true Mount Sinai

    Codex Sinaiticus found in 1844 at the Greek Orthodox Monastery of "Mount Sinai"

    The Greek Orthodox Monastery and the traditional (false) site of Mount Sinai in the Sinai peninsula contain no evidence for the large Hebrew presence that is required from the Bible narrative. This makes the monastery an appropriate cache for the corrupt and sloppy Sinaiticus. The true Mount Sinai is in Saudi Arabia and is supported by massive evidence of Hebrew presence and verse in Galatians that states, "for this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia."
    Sinaiticus text or lack thereof are often cited as MSS or more ancient manuscripts in new versions for reason to change or omit text included in the KJV.
    The truth is the most ancient manuscripts found to date match the KJV while Dean John W. Burgon referred to the Sinaiticus codex as "nearest the foulest in existence."

    The new version translators prove themselves Bible errancy propagandists by supposing themselves privy to new revelation of scripture and then failing to revise their previous "more ancient manuscript" evidence with the more recently found older manuscripts confirming the majority text.

    Ensample: Word interpreted as archaic English used in concert
    in the New Testament with it's replacement in the new versions.

    1 Corinthians KJV
    [1] Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
    [2] And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea;
    [3] And did all eat the same spiritual meat;
    [4] And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.
    [5] But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.
    [6] Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.
    [7] Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.
    [8] Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand.
    [9] Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents.
    [10] Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer.
    [11] Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

    Verse 11 NIV - These things happened to them as examples and were written down as warnings for us, on whom the culmination of the ages has come.
    Verse 11 NLT - These things happened to them as examples for us. They were written down to warn us who live at the end of the age.
    Verse 11 NAS - Now these things happened to them as an example, and they were written for our instruction, upon whom the ends of the ages have come.

    The new version translators take their normal care never imagining the evidence of the Red Sea crossing would be visible physical examples (the full definition of ensample) that are now being presented to those who live in the end days.  The English words example and ensample are translated 10 and 6 times respectively in the New Testament of the King James Version both also describing the remains of Sodom and Gomorrah now rediscovered.  All uses of ensample are for visible physical examples.

    "The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever." (Psalms 12:6 & 7 KJV)

    The Westminster Confession (1646) states: "The Scriptures were immediately inspired of God and under His singular care and providence kept pure in all ages." This must be true for retaining the truth for generations of believers. In reference to the above scripture the King James Version is considered the seventh iteration of the traditional line of text progression into the English language. What is even more telling and proving of the scripture is how the KJV came about and how the translators went about assembling it. Contrary to KJV critics King James was an evangelical Christian and could quote chapters of scripture from memory. He had the ability to read the Bible out of Latin into French and after that into English. He was described by one Italian visitor as chaste and in his eyes and outward appearance displayed a natural kindness bordering on modesty. He wrote a book for his son entitled Basilikon Doron and in it he stated that he was, "Praying God that as you are regenerated in him anew, so you may rise to him to be sanctified in him forever" and spoke of, "white garments washen (washed in) the blood of the lamb." When he ascended to the throne of England in 1604 he almost immediately he called for the final polishing of the English Bible and commissioned a Bible to replace the Bishop's Bible. The translators were chosen based on those same qualities and their linguistic abilities. Most spoke and could translate in multiple languages. All could translate Greek as it was spoken. They were men who lived in a time when burnings of printed Bibles and martyrs was a weekly if not daily occurrence. Many at that time were burned at the stake for their Protestant faith, denying catholic heresy or for the mere act of possesing a copy of the printed words of God. These true scholars broke into six groups and studied from Greek manuscripts and from scriptures in other languages from around the world at that time; some of which are no longer available. Fox's Book of Martyrs tells us Luke wrote his gospel in Hebrew and Bartholomew translated the Gospel of Matthew into the language of India. These men searched out manuscripts from around the world for comparison. Each man would personally translate the entire scripture assigned to the group and then bring together to compare with each other. Then the group compared and had to agree unanimously on it before it was passed on to the next group and so on until all portions of scripture had been agreed upon unanimously until completing the six translations. One dissenting voice stopped the cycle until all were in agreement. They then brought all together segments together and again it had to be unanimously approved for a seventh time of purification. One other noteworthy fact about its production is that all during this time, the translating was open to all Christians to gain from their private studies, to observe the translating and to send their observations for consideration and in many cases altered committee renderings. This makes the KJV unique in that it is the only translation ever screened before its publication by the body of Christ. Since the KJV translation all versions have been produced by majority vote, the few or even the one "translator." The Revised Version of 1881 informed readers that all changes to the text were agreed upon by 2/3rds majority of their committee. All other versions and especially the new age lexicons from which they written are of the majority or of the few, the two or even the one.
    Even the revisionists praised it's virtues
    "The highest eulogiums have been made on the translation of James the First, both by our own writers and by foreigners. And, indeed, if accuracy, fidelity, and the strictest attention to the letter of the text, be supposed to constitute the qualities of an excellent version, this of all versions, must, in general, be accounted the most excellent. Every sentence, every work, every syllable, every letter and point, seem to have been weighed with the nicest exactitude; and expressed, either in the text, or margin, with the greatest precision."  Alexander Geddes (d. 1802), a Roman Catholic priest, who in 1792 issued the first colume of his own translation of the Bible, accordingly paid tribute to the Bible of his time:

  • What difference does which Bible version make?

  • "Ye did run well; who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth? This persuasion cometh not of him that calleth you. A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump. I have confidence in you through the Lord, that ye will be none otherwise minded: but he that troubleth you shall bear his judgment, whosoever he be." (Galatians 5:7-10)
    What started as a little leaven has escalated to the latest Wycliffe/SIL version changing Matthew 28:19 to read “cleanse them by water in the name of Allah, his Messiah and his Holy Spirit.” See the WND article. The new Bible versions of the last century have subtly diffused doctrinal confidence by changing context, meaning and authority. The changes in source codices and lexicons, used in all versions since the KJV, has allowed the proliferation of doubt in the ability of God to present His Word in purity and absolute authority. This has allowed a great and growing loss of discernment in the church. Amazingly, it's not new. The scribes and pharisees, past and present, always use the scriptures to teach their own self-serving interpretations. By the fulness of time when Jesus arrived on the scene the religious leaders had taught the suffering Messiah out of the Word and usurped all authority. The author of confusion has used this lack of discernment to split congregations to the most absurd winds of doctrine.
    I've noticed over the years that other versions were always used to disclaim or disprove the archaeological discoveries evidences as shown in the illustrations above in this page. Where evidences of the narrative of the pure Word of God can be physically witnessed, purveyors of their own doctrines from corrupt Bible versions are confused and promote confusion. I think one of the best examples of this is one "ecumenical and interfaith leader's" response when made aware the physical evidence of a Biblical event. He stated about the Bible, "It's not a book about archaeology, anthropology, geography or geology, it's book about theology." (See the video) Theology is defined as the study of religion. The Bible is not a book about the study of religion. It is the Word of the Lord providing His historical narrative of creation and plan of redemption for and to mankind by His own Word.

    But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you. (1Peter 1:25)

    Comments on James R. White's "The King James Only Controversy"

    I picked White's book among the promoters of new "translations" because he is at the forefront and would best reflect the thinking. From the first few paragraphs of the Introdution White's scorn for lay people is exposed and he claims the high ground by laying the blame of church destructions and splits on those who have used the KJV either all their lives or chosen by discernment. He then states the purpose of his book is his "desire for peace in the church of Jesus Christ."

    Newsflash: the church is a battlefield and the Sword of the Spirit IS the word of God.

    White states many pastors have become wary of the KJV Only materials and their influence over members. The truth is, those members never needed influence or materials until their pastors brought new version inspired doctrinal changes into the churches. The congregations have the Word hidden their hearts and discern in their spirits the omissions, rearranging of text and meaning changed words are wrong. However, White indicts those challenging these changes as ignorant. These layfolks may be seminary ignorant but can know God's promise, "My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. (Psalms 89:34 KJV)
    Being old enough to remember when there was one Bible being read and all speaking with one voice in the church, the question is now, why listen to teachers coming with alterations? I think we are better served by the words of Jesus. "Then Jesus said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees...Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees." (Matt 16:6 & 16:12 KJV)

    One more view by Dr. Frank Logsdon, Co-founder of the New American Standard Bible (NASB) who has since renounced any connection to it.
